RememberTheEighties.com is very happy to be the exclusive online retailer for the limited edition of the long awaited CD album release by The Humans - Toyah, Bill Rieflin and Chris Wong.

'We Are The Humans' was launched on May 1st at a very special concert in Tartu, Estonia celebrating the anniversary of Estonia's independence. The concert saw The Humans perform a live set of their material to an audience which included the President of Estonia and the Minister for Justice. Musician Robert Fripp also performed as a special guest in the live set by The Humans and supported the band with his own live solo set.

The band project, which Toyah initiated in 2007, also includes Bill Rieflin (REM, Nine Inch Nails) and Chris Wong. The Humans performed three concerts across Estonia in October 2007 at the request of the Estonian embassy. The band then re-grouped in Rieflin's homeground of Seattle, USA in February 2008 to record the songs. Produced by Bill Rieflin, the 10-song album was mixed by Don Gunn in Seattle, USA and mastered by Simon Heyworth (Tubular Bells, Brian Eno) in Devon, UK.

LIMITED EDITION
The limited edition album is packaged in a cardboard outer slipcase with inner envelope - intentionally mirroring a vinyl album sleeve - and features the original 10-track album. There are now only a few copies from the original 1000 copies pressed still available and this edition will never be re-pressed in this format.

NEW STANDARD EDITION
Coming in to replace the Limited Edition version this standard edition of the album is packaged in a regular plastic jewelcase and features one extra track, 'These Boots Are Made For Walkin', featuring Robert Fripp. The extra track is also available for download at iTunes for anyone who already owns the limited edition original version of the album.
