HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Once you've chosen all your goods and added them to the basket you will need to click the CHECKOUT button which will take you to the checkout page where you will be asked to enter your name and address details and accept the TERMS & CONDITIONS of the shop.

Once you've done this you will have the option to pay by CREDIT/DEBIT CARD, by CHEQUE or by POSTAL ORDER (please note the cheques need to be drawn on a UK bank and only UK postal orders can be accepted).

If you select the CREDIT/DEBIT CARD option you will be taken to our online transaction pages which are hosted by WORLDPAY who handle all our online transactions.

If you select the CHEQUE or POSTAL ORDER options you will be taken to a page which allows you to print off a copy of your invoice, which you will need to send to us with your cheque or postal order made payable to THIS IS NOT RETRO. Once you have selected this method of payment we will reserve your item for ten working days, if we have not received your payment in that time we will put the item back on general sale.

In the case of cheque transactions your goods will not be shipped until the cheque has cleared.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT HOW MUCH MY ORDER WILL COST IN A CURRENCY OTHER THAN UK POUNDS?
It's impossible for us to give you an accurate figure. This is not only because the exchange rates between currencies change every minute, but also because every bank and credit card company adds their own different charge for currency conversion.

We will charge your credit card in British Pounds Sterling and your credit card company will then convert that amount to your local currency.

The online SHOPPING BASKET and CHECKOUT pages will display the costs in UK pounds, US dollars and Euros which might help, otherwise there are lots of currency converter websites around and these will give you an idea of roughly how much you will be charged (although they will not give you a 100% accurate figure).

£1.25 for the first item plus £0.50 per extra item
EEC
£2.00 for the first item plus £0.75 per extra item
USA / CANADA
£2.50 for the first item plus £1.00 per extra item
REST OF THE WORLD
£2.50 for the first item plus £1.00 per extra item

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTY CHARGES?
Please note that residents of some countries may have to pay customs or import duty charges on their order. Because these charges are levied by your government and are specific to your country, we cannot tell you how much (if anything) this will be. You are responsible for any customs or import duty charges you may incur. If you choose not to pay these charges, your package will not be released by customs and may be destroyed. In this event, we will be unable to offer you a refund. UK and EU residents will NOT have to pay any customs or import duties.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We will always aim to ship your order within five working days. Once shipped the following estimated delivery times apply;

UK
Approximately 1-4 working days (sent via second class mail by Royal Mail)
EEC
Approximately 4-7 working days (sent via airmail by Royal Mail)
USA / CANADA
Approximately 7-14 working days (sent via airmail by Royal Mail)
REST OF THE WORLD
Approximately 7-20 working days (sent via airmail by Royal Mail)

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept most major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing and Visa Delta (although please note that some Switch, Solo and Visa Electron cards cannot be used for online transactions).

We also accept cheques drawn on a UK bank and made payable to 'This Is Not Retro' and if you're in the UK you can pay using postal orders, again made payable to 'This Is Not Retro'.

RETURNING UNWANTED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If within 30 days of ordering you are unhappy with your purchase you may return the goods to us. We will refund the price of the goods only. Postage and packing and these charges, plus any charges you incur for returning the items to us, cannot be refunded.

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods from us, please inform us straight away by e-mailing shop@remembertheeighties.com (don't forget to include your order number) and return your purchase to the address below and we will arrange a refund or replacement. In this case, we will refund all postage costs.

All items must be in their original packaging and complete with all box inserts and accessories.

We cannot be held responsible for goods in transit that are being returned to us. Please get proof of posting when you send anything to us.
